6) U.S. Department of the Treasury

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has shared with the Council the No FEAR Act training that its EEO Office developed. Its OGC has approved it, and the whistleblower information was developed with the HR Policy Office. Council members are free to modify it to fit their needs.
